If for any reason you are not satisfied, kindly intimate to us via call, email, or WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery, and we will gladly accept your timely return of unused, unwashed, or defective merchandise. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective.

Refund Policy:

In the unlikely event of a damaged, defective, or different/wrong item delivered to you, we will provide a full refund or free replacement as applicable.

Product will be replaced only if there is valid manufacturing defect / Damage or wrong product. There is no refund in any case, however, for customer satisfaction we have replacement option.

A refund will be initiated on the same day of the issue raised. It will be remitted within 10 working days in the same bank account from which the payment is made.
